Hello Fellow Nurses for Improved Health Literacy!

Many of us are interested in Health Literacy for many reasons. Namely, we may have seen the harm that results when patients to not fully understand their care instructions. In light of the harm that can result , could measuring understanding the competencies and measures for Health Literacy be as important as Vital Sign Measurement?
