Deadline Extended to March 14 to Submit a Poster for the Institute for Healthcare Advancement Health Literacy Conference
Especially Interested in ACA-related Posters

Greetings!
Submit your poster abstract today! Ask anyone who's been to an IHA Health Literacy Conference what their favorite part of the conference is, and they're likely to tell you it's the Poster Session/Opening Night Reception. Why is this? After a long, yet informative, first full day of the conference, they get to relax and join their colleagues in a casual environment, look at the excellent work represented in the posters, network, and unwind with a nibble and a sip. What's not to like?
That fabulous night starts right here and now, with you submitting your idea for a poster. Be one of those who proudly stands next to your poster, talking about your program, your research, your health literacy intervention, or how health literacy affected your work with the Affordable Care Act.
"But I've never created a poster before." All the more reason why you should do one now. Read here about how to submit your poster, and if you still aren't sure, call or email us and we'll answer all your questions...or put you in touch with someone who has done it themselves and can give you step-by-step advice and encouragement.
And remember, you needn't have your finished poster by the deadline...just the abstract, which is your explanation of your project, program, research, idea, or way in which you used health literacy principles in implementing the Affordable Care Act. If your abstract is accepted, you have until April 4 to actually create and submit the poster itself.
